Dr. Matthew Jones graduated from Howard University and Morehouse School of Medicine and did his residency at Columbia University. He did fellowships at UPMC and the Icahn School of Medicine in New York. He is currently in private cardiology practice in Brooklyn. He is an industry thought leader with cutting edge ideas in how to utilize technology to help patients.
Greg Eoyang serves as everbeat’s Chief Technology Officer and the thought leader behind our software design and engineering. Greg brings over 15 years of strategic planning, and technical and business process design to our team. He has held executive leadership positions in several businesses, and has spent 10+ years in designing mobile applications. He graduated Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Computer Engineering.
Dr. G. Stuart Mendenhall graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with degrees in Chemistry and Physics. He obtained his M.D. from the Harvard Medical School – MIT Health Science and Technology program, and completed medical residency at the Beth Israel Deaconess hospital in Boston, followed by cardiology and electrophysiology training at UPMC. He is an active clinician and basic researcher in electrophysiology.
Scott Riccardelli provides engineering expertise for the everbeat product. He brings 10 years of experience designing and building web applications both independently and for firms including Booz Allen Hamilton, Cognitiv Labs, and Alion Science and Technology. Scott is bringing his passion for machine learning to the Grektek team and the everbeat platform. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah.
John McCauley joined the everbeat team in January 2017 as Chief Executive Officer. John spent the last 25 years in leadership positions within varied financial services firms, with heavy emphasis on sales and service of complex financial systems. John holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering and an MS in Management, both from MIT.
Joe Appelbaum leads the development of strategic distribution relationships for Grektek, the company behind the everbeat platform.
Joe is also the president and founder of Potomac Companies, one of the premier full-service employee benefit brokerage and consulting firms in the Washington DC area.
Joe is a life-long entrepreneur, since graduating from Rutgers University with a BS degree in Economics. He is extremely active in the DC community, as a member of Vistage International, a founding member of Executive Leaders Radio, and a philanthropist supporting the Brain Tumor and Leukemia & Lymphoma Societies
Ann Marie sits on Grektek’s Board, and also serves as a Director with an angel investment firm. She provides investor management and advisory support to several startup enterprises in her senior analyst role with InnovateTech Ventures. She has broad experience in the commercialization of new technologies, helping a diverse array of startups from initial fundraising, management hiring, and administration.
Tom Klaff is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, led and sold six diverse technology startups. His experience in diverse markets has brought fresh new ideas and business models to stale industries ripe for innovation. Tom is the co-founder and COO of Hyperwave Technologies, LLC and remains active as an Advisor to Grektek and everbeat.
